First off, we'd like to let you know that we've started a blog so that you can always go there to check out the most recent Sweat Events email. Third, this long weekend would be a great time to read "Mountains Beyond Mountains" by Tracy Kidder so you can join us for discussion at the Sweat Books Book Club meeting next Thursday, November 9th...

And last but certainly not least...

Tonight is The 4th Annual '80s Prom!!

This is one of the most straight-up FUN events of the year. People dress up like craaazy, the music is a blast from the past, lots of old friends come in from out of town and it's all-around good times. This year the Prom Band is local favorites ANIMALS OF THE ARCTIC!! They've learned a whole set of '80s covers and take the stage at midnight.

Cover for this event is ONLY $5. It's going to be awesome!!
