As most of you have probably already heard, Morrissey cancelled his show last night due to illness!! Of course all tickets are fully refundable from wherever you got them, and we wish him a speedy recovery...
On to the news!!
The renovations on the new Sweat space are going to blow you all away. As we speak they're installing a bright, striped teal and purple awning over our front doors so when you drive past Churchill's you'll be able to see where our new entrance is...
(Oh yeah... We have the entire front space of the building next door! Click to see it big.)Most likely next weekend will be the "moving party" to get all the stuff from the old space so for all of you who've offered muscle and elbow grease, stay tuned because we'll let you all know when it's going down.
Also, I wanted to take a second here to introduce the newest member of the Sweat Records familia. Jason (Jsin) Jimenez is Sweat's new VP and managing partner, and an all-around awesome dude. It just so happens that tomorrow is his birthday so come out to Circa after Gallery Walk to meet, greet, and celebrate with all of us!!
(As you can see, Sweat is in safe hands...)Full line-up and details for our grand opening party will be announced next week!!
