'80s PROM tonight + Black Kids live Saturday!!

Hey Friends,

Happy Thanksgiving!! We've got so much to be thankful for, and we CAN'T WAIT to show you all the new space. Dark purple glittering floors, mod lighting, our trademark aqua walls... and we're filling it with the best music, movies, toys, accessories, etc. and a full-service, organic (and fairly-traded) coffee bar!! The pics above are a sneak peek and we'll be posting some proper pictures up next week...

TONIGHT is a yearly event that started back when I used to throw an '80s party called VICE in 2003 - The Annual '80s PROM!! This Thanksgiving Eve it's number *FIVE* and we'll be over at Circa28 partying all night long (all night) to the best '80s tunes spun by some of Miami's most talented DJs. We've got OUTEREACH as the prom band and they'll take the stage at midnight playing a special set of '80s covers!! In addition there will be elegant decorations, slow dances, $5 Prom Punch cocktails all night, and a photo booth where you and your date or your mates can get snapped by Jipsy of nefariousgirl.com. No cover, doors at 10pm, and it's going to be totally radical. Dress sharp and tease your hair!!

Then on Saturday, Sweat Records and Circa28 present Jacksonville's THE BLACK KIDS (Almost Gold Recordings) live for freee!! This band's been getting written up like crazy and for good reason. Download their entire "Wizard of Ahhhs" EP and read all about 'em on the Off The Radar Blog. Catch them this Saturday before they head out on their European tour.
