3rd Time's A Charm... GRAND OPENING TONIGHT!!

Today's the big day!!!! Needless to say, we are ecstatic and truly grateful to be able to share the new incarnation of Sweat with you. The New Times came by and did a really nice feature on our evolution and you can read it here.

We've stocked the store with tons of new music, fun DVDs, hard-to-find books, cute toys and more. We brought over the purple couch. We've got a gorgeous saltwater coral reef tank by Coralmorphlogic. We've got our own entrance and a Sweat-colored awning to make sure you find us.

And then there's the party!! Tonight, 4 of Miami's best bands and a handful of our finest DJs will make sweet love to your ears, R. Grimes of Faction will be silk-screening Sweat tees (bring your own or buy one there), we ordered a squillion cupcakes, we'll be giving out samples of some of the delectable beverages we're going to be serving, and the whole shindig is for FREE, thanks to our generous sponsors: Churchill's, New Art School, M:E:A:D, I Am Your Villain, Rag*Trade, Honor Roll, Revolver, Poplife, Antikulture Gallery, Radio-Active Records, and Studio A.
